Not a great deal happening lately.

We are still waiting for some real rain. We had 8ml a week or so ago, which perked up the grass but it is dusty again already.

There is a front moving in on Friday which looks promising so we will see.

The dogs have been getting a little training and Balto is working ok and starting to settle a bit.

He has been going through a feral stage so I am allowing him a little more time before putting too much pressure on.

Blizzard is working well but is still fairly full on.

I am working on getting Angel to ‘unstick’ but until we trial again I am not sure how successful it will be.

I have had a couple of day's work at a neighbouring farm so Caleb, Angel and Driftz got to do some yard work off the place.

They do a great job. Without them it would be very hard indeed. Sometimes I feel a bit guilty getting paid for standing there while the dogs work, but as I have put the training in I figure I am worth it.

Rio’s pups are going well, starting to run around and play fight.

They are so cute at this age. Before they get noisy, mischievous and greedy.

Rio is coping well but is pleased to escape from them, and sometimes heads down to the chook pen to round up the chooks for fun.

She will be pleased to get back to work.

They are real time wasters puppies, I just love to sit and watch them play and get no work done in the meantime.

A good excuse for me to do nothing, as lately I am finding it hard to get motivated to do anything.

Menopause kicking in I guess, sigh!

Forgetfullness, impatience, tiredness, etc, etc. Oh well, it will pass I guess.

We had some new tanks delivered, they look so huge compared to our old ones.

We are going to build a lunch room near the shearing shed, and need to move the old tanks, so a fair bit of work to be done there yet.

I am still playing with my new camera so below are some more shots I have taken.

Caleb and Dolly ready to work.

Silky playing in the creek.

My BC"S on the creek bank.

Dogs on a lovely patch of green.

Samantha and her friends at a party on Lake Towerinning, near Duranillin.

And for something really different, a closeup of a marble.
